NHS Issues, Good Practices, Poor Practices, Links and Solutions.

.

The vaste majority of NHS patients greatly appreciate the excellent service received from the many many many many dedicated NHS professionals. Unfortunately we see almost daily media reports of less than excellent management within our beloved NHS. To what extent are the excellent efforts of the many many many many dedicated NHS professionals being betrayed by apathetic management, inept management or even downright incompetent management?

The NHS is like a massive ball of candy floss - difficult to get to grips with!! Whilst everyone would welcome more money, more doctors and nurses it is time to attempt to ensure that best use is being made of NHS scarce resources. NHS staff at all levels and patients represent an invaluable source of information on what is good within the NHS and what is less good. I believe that it is a fundamental obligation of all NHS staff, patients and UK tax payers to identify and praise good practice and equally to identify and help eliminate poor practice.
